1. The Phone Fast (12 Hours)

Challenge: No mindless scrolling for 12 hours. Loosing time you will never get back.

Purpose: Rebuild attention span, kill dopamine addiction, regain control of your focus. Discipline beats motivation every time.

2. Zero Complaints (Day)

Challenge: Don’t complain once today—out loud or in your head.

Purpose: Train mental discipline and eliminate victim thinking. Negative thinking only makes you and others around you sour. Don’t do it.

Challenge: Hold solid eye contact in every conversation today. Not in a creepy way, but in a I’m very engaged way.

Purpose: Build presence, confidence, and calm dominance. As men these are traits we should hold.

4. Do the Thing You’ve Been Avoiding

Challenge: Identify one task you’ve been dodging and do it today.

Purpose: Kill procrastination. Train action over anxiety. Half the battle is showing up, once you’re locked in momentum will take you the rest of the way.

5. 60 Seconds of Stillness (Every Hour)

Challenge: Every hour, pause for 60 seconds. No phone. No movement. Just breathe. (Purchase a stress relief breathing necklace). (Sold at Shabby’s Mental Gym)

Purpose: Train awareness and calm. Interrupt autopilot.

6. Cold Shower Morning

Challenge: Take an uncomfortably cold shower (safely) in the morning. Man up

Purpose: Embrace discomfort, train response under pressure. Shock yourself.

7. Talk to a Stranger

Challenge: Start a short, casual convo with someone new.

Purpose: Kill social fear. Build confidence through action. The more you practice the better you will become.

8. Write Down Your Inner Critic

Challenge: For 5 minutes, write every self-critical thought—then read it out loud.

Purpose: Expose the inner bully. Create separation from it. You are not your anxiety

9. One Hour Alone, No Distractions

Challenge: Be alone for one hour with no phone, music, or talking. Just you.

Purpose: Reconnect with your positive thoughts. Build inner clarity on the 5 w’s. (Who, what, where, when, why).

Challenge: Pick one positive habit and do it no matter what today.

Purpose: Build consistency. Keep your word to yourself. A man of his word is a good man.

Challenge: Unfollow 10+ accounts that drain your focus, make you compare, or stir up negativity.

Purpose: Reclaim digital space. Protect your mental diet. You are what you watch.

Challenge: Spend one full hour in total silence—no talking, no noise. No phone. Pray or meditate.

Purpose: Detox from external input. Let your mind reset and relax your mind.

14. Write a Letter to Your Future Self

Challenge: Write an honest, no-BS letter to yourself 1 year from now. Set goals and targets.

Purpose: Create vision. Build long-term self-respect. Also achieving the goals and targets will bring a sense of accomplishment.

Challenge: Say no to one thing you don’t truly want to do—without over-explaining.

Purpose: Train boundaries. Build self-trust. Respect yourself enough to learn to put your foot down when it needs to be done.
